This episode I share my favorite healthy food swaps that will still delight your taste bud! I also give you a quick 101 lesson on nutrition and what it means to actually ''eat healthy'' (and no, it's not starving yourself!).

No one really teaches us this nutrition stuff at school, but it's honestly so useful to know to help you improve your mental wellbeing, have a healthier relationship with food and live your best life!

My Healthy & Delicious Homemade Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

Goodness Superfood Barley Wraps/Flat Out Protein Wraps/B Free Wraps (I use them as the base)
NO added Sugar BBQ Sauce (As base sauce)
Chicken Breast
Chilli flakes
(totally optional but love sprinkling them on the base to spice things up!)
Onion
Mushroom
Capsicum/Peppers

Low fat mozarella cheese
Big handful of Spinach

Spread the ingredients evenly between the wraps to turn out looking like these delicious creations below and then throw in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 celcius/400 farenheit

And voila, you have yourself a scrumptious and nutritious homemade pizza to enjoy on your next pizza night! :)
