220 | Inspiring Thoughts that Build Resilience

This is a mini-episode filled with my favorite thoughts that I remind myself to find strength, peace and inspiration when I need it most.

They are my 'grounding thoughts' - thoughts that can stop my mind spiraling into a helpless place where I think I need to 'control' the world and all of its outcomes in order to feel ok. Instead, these thoughts remind me of my own personal power and ability to choose how I interpret every circumstance I am giving, so that I can calm myself down and intentionally respond from a place of faith and curiosity - which always serves me far more than just reacting to my negative thoughts and letting my fears drive me.
