221 | When Anxiety Attacks..

Ever had an anxiety attack before? If so, I feel you! I know how frightening and uncomfortable the whole experience can be, and often the way we react when we feel the anxiety come on can often make it worse. 

In this episode, I share about my anxiety attack from last weekend - yes that's right, even as a life coach, I get anxiety attacks every so often! I wanted to open up about it on this podcast so firstly, you feel less alone in your struggle and realise that anxiety is something we ALL feel. But also to give you tips on some things I did and learned that I found very helpful to keep the anxiety from escalating and really be able to calm myself down so the symptoms passed sooner than later.
